A Wreckless Book Review
This is a griping and powerful book, but it simply follows the personal lives of a family. There are so many take aways from reading this book that each reader will find their own. There were times I wanted to stop reading the book because the reality of pain described was too real and I did not want to hear anymore. Yet, I could not. I had to know what happened next. More than anything, I had to know how it ended.
What is it that makes you choose to willingly endure discomfort and pain? Love. Love is on full display in this book from the start to the end. Love in pain. Love in the midst of hate. Love is the underdog and we all can get behind the underdog.
If you like history, you will like this book. If you like a good story, you will like this book. If you like the story behind the story, you will like this book. If you like a mystery, you will like this book. If you like travel or geography, you will like this book. I think this book can appeal to most everyone, but remember it will take you on an emotional journey both high and the low. Is it worth it?
Yes!
