What is Wreckless ???

In the foothills of the South Carolina mountains, I learned to drive at age eleven. I never drove on the road until I had a drivers license because that never happened in those mountainous areas. But, when I was a legal driver and ready to drive away from home, my dad would stand beside my car and say, “drive wreckless now”. After a short pause he would clarify, “That means without wrecks”.
